Delivery
Depending on the size of your order (size and weight), delivery will be made by DHL, Hermes or a forwarding agent. Delivery to packing stations is not possible.

Shipping by forwarding agent
All fireplaces are delivered by a forwarding agent due to their heavy weight. Delivery is made to your home, but free kerbside. This means that the shipping company drivers are not obliged to carry the fireplace into your home.

Germany
For orders under 250, € the shipping fee is calculated according to the service of Deutsche Post.
From an order value of 250, € the shipping is free.

EU abroad
For orders under € 250, the flat-rate shipping fee is calculated according to the Deutsche Post service.
From an order value of € 250, shipping is free of charge.

Shipping to other countries
Shipping to other countries can be offered on request.
Please send us an email and tell us the item, the quantity and the delivery address, with the country and the corresponding zip code. We will then let you know whether we can deliver to the desired country and what shipping costs you can expect.

The shipping costs can only be determined when items are in the shopping cart
