GFRC ELEMENTI

Properties of GFRC

GFRC (glass fiber reinforced concrete) is a lightweight, high-performance material made by mixing concrete with 5% pre-mixed glass fibers. It has multidirectional strength properties, as the addition of glass fibers significantly improves the stability and durability of the material. In addition, GFRC offers unique textural and surface properties that make it possible to precisely imitate the warmth of wood or the strength of stone. At the same time, the material is sustainable and meets modern environmental standards. It is suitable for a wide range of interior and exterior applications and is particularly ideal for the design of fireplaces and furniture.

The expertise of ELEMENTI

As an expert in GFRC, ELEMENTI has specialized in the research and production of this material since 2013 and successfully meets industry standards in Europe and the USA. Thanks to years of technical experience, the company has made groundbreaking progress in the development of heat-resistant GFRC and has been awarded a national patent for this. ELEMENTI has always pursued the principle of combining innovation and quality and is driving the application of GFRC in more and more fields.

Quality tests at ELEMENTI

To ensure the reliability of GFRC products under demanding conditions, ELEMENTI has established a strict quality control system and carried out a series of highly standardized tests. These include weather resistance tests (-25 °C to 200 °C), permanent heat resistance tests (8 days, 8 hours of burning per day) and 25 cycles of freeze-thaw tests. These procedures confirm the exceptional durability and stability of GFRC materials in extreme climatic conditions and underline ELEMENTI's commitment to performance and quality.
